Returns & Refund Policy

At Rogue & Clover, we want you to absolutely love your new pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry.

We’re here to make returns and refunds as easy and stress-free as possible


1. Returning an item

You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return something.

Once approved, you then have another 14 days to send it back to us.

To start a return, just email us at info@rogueandclover.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A short note telling us why (optional, but it helps us improve!)

We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.


2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must still be attached

Please make sure your parcel is packaged safely — we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.


3. Shipping your return

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake).


You can use An Post, DPD, or any tracked courier.

If you’re based in UK, we can help you arrange a prepaid return label — just ask when you email us.

Keep your proof of postage or tracking number until we confirm receipt.


4. Refunds

Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
The refund will go back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please double-check with your bank first, then reach out to us — we’ll be happy to help.


5. Faulty or incorrect items

We’re so sorry if something arrives damaged or not what you ordered.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A few clear photos
    We’ll sort a replacement or full refund right away — no fuss.
